Seeker, I will have to agree with you on this one. How can anyone say that if the takeover company gets 80% of the taken over company the sp of the remaining 20% will suffer.
If the sp will suffer, it will have to suffer for the whole 100% of the shares and, if that happen the company directors will have their butts kicked for letting that happen.
No, IMHO, that argument does not hold water.
