Wouldn't write off AGM as a separately listed Company just yet. Haven't heard from Jinchuan yet as to whether they're selling. I've also heard there is significant resistance from holders down the west coast of Tassie. These 2 camps combined could be enough to keep ZFX under 90%.

That being said, what possible consequences in terms of share price of being a minority shareholder?
