    I was painting a scenario, based on the numbers and drawing some logical conclusions from them. Yes, you could be right and more than half of the 19% will not sell. If I can do the numbers, then we need to assume that ZFX can do the numbers as well.
    Without the big two folding, AGM will always be listed. ZFX want control, the way to get it is to convince the big two. It makes logical sense.
