    You are quite correct re your comment on risk. With any takeover, until the buyer has 90% holding, the individual shareholders have the freedom to do what they think best. We all know that while ever Jinchuan do not sell, ZFX cannot, no matter how successful in acquiring shares, can ever compulsorly acquire the balance. They are the key to this takeover. Their actions will either keep AGM trading or not.
