    ZFX current 64%
    Jinchuan 12%
    MQG 5%

    Balance to purchase 19%
    Assume 1/2 will not sell
    Best ZFX can get to will be 73.5%

    They will then need to convince the two big holders to fold, then they can compulsorily acquire.

    I bet those negotiations are already taking place
