Looking at it from a long term point of view
Has anyone(Investor) looked at the value of selling to ZFX and buying ZFX shares based on the potential upside being ( eg ramping up production , exploration mining etc)
ZFX won't have to look for the cash to fund this.(2bill +
With AGM it is hard to fully(confidently enough for me anyhow) evaluate hoow they will fund future expansion/exploration/mining and satisfy shareholders (eg dividend)
An honest evaluation MAY show this to be leaning towards a punt rather than a solid long term investment.
Also a dividend stream already exists with ZFX and if you believe AGM has that potential why not.( Blue sky MAY eventuate a lot earlier)

Also I agree that this is out of the hands of most . Fundies, Instos, Hedgies will decide now. Really shouldn't be the way to (ideally) do it but this is the market>:(
