Do you really think if anyone did have 'proof' of an offer they would post it here?
People who know those things would never post it on the web.
The company has to be getting set up for a sale with the spin off of the smelters, will have to takeover or be taken over, what will the market cap be of the remaining entity if they did not get involved in some M & A activity?
