Im no expert on takeovers and how they work, im sure that they are complex when you consider Toho, i think that Toho would put up a big fight.

The question is , is the fight worth it for ZFX.

At the end of the day, if someone starts sniffing around CBH, the SP will go up alot higher than where it i now:))

Interesting 12 months ahead, i aslo think that BHP has limited exposure to Zinc and BHP should be watched as a major player in the hunt for a Zinc play.

The great thing is there are not many good zinc plays around.
