Thanks for the article. I had mentioned about the activities coming back in the second half of the year, but not at the neck breaking pace due to the property downturn. I now stand corrected.

Economic figures can be conflated as one indicator, but what your article has shown, is a situation where the public sector, through government spending is going to step up so much to compensate the downturn in the private construction sector. So I think this second half could indeed be expecting a bigger uptick for companies like ours to fulfil the public sector infrastructure demand. Perhaps not as much for Henan province due to the severity of the issues facing the construction and the local town and village banking sectors.
