    Just join the dots. The fee of 10% is unprecedented for underwriting a share issue. CBio has zero Funds on its register. All Funds do due dilligence on a compay's directors, particularly the Chairman, before they can invest under their mandates. I know a number of fund managers hold CBio in their personal portfolios.
