Just read the ann. Reads great IMO - lots of new contracts. Also re ZZ - don't think it warranted a 18% drop in share price. Definitely holding and undervalued company.
"Mr White said Envirosuite noted the recent resignation of one of its directors from a position of non-executive director at a non-associated ASX-listed company, which had resulted in some questions from shareholders. “The other company is not connected to Envirosuite and we do not expect what is going on there to have any material impact on us” he said. Mr White also noted that Envirosuite’s businesses in China, as elsewhere globally, are wholly-owned and exclusively resourced and managed by Envirosuite and that each of these businesses are operating as normal. China currently accounts approximately 6% of EVS revenues, and the China team has won a major Airport renewal as well as two new projects in Wastewater during the quarter."
