I hope so. If it does turn out that he was involved in anything untoward with PET then there is a good chance that he will cease to be on the board of EVS. Aside from looking terrible, the link to China will be lost (this will have an impact on the SP, it did in a positive and big way when he came) and he does hold a decent parcel.
My feel is that presents a pretty big risk, one that I am not prepared to take at this point.
