It's good to be cautious and discuss potential risks but there is no reason to panic (-18%=panic).
As others stated, EVS isn's as tightly connected to chinese dogdy market as PET was. Two companies with very different strategies, customer base. EVS is more global, PET was very much Chinese operation hence doesn't surprise me there was room for "errors" in their financial statements.. I'd like to see ZZ out of BOD though.. he sounds a bit fishy. Not sure what would happen to SP if he sells his EVS shares, but I guess that's a long term concern. Quarterly sounds positive and Mr. Market confirmed it with 25% green day, with solid volumes too.. We will be trading around 25c in a week or two.
Also, let's not forget about the most recent rebalance of ASX indices and addition of EVS as of 21/09/20. This makes EVS more attractive (less risky) for fund managers..
