zhilyanskoye and chelkarskoye potash mines

The railway for Satimola according to their website is 65km from the mine,whereas FMJ state 14km from rail, 14km from the Zhilyanskoye deposit in Aktyubinsk oblast would make sense.
It is in a different province to Satimola, Chelkarskoye salt deposit is in West Kazakhstan oblast,
It would appear that Batys SBC might be (The Bates Potash Co) and were given the potash leases, refer to link below.

It would appear that the two potash deposits in mention are the FMJ deposits.
