ACV1 has an entirely different mode of action, acting on the peripheral nervous system, not on the central nervous system, and has a far more benign safety profile.
ACV1 does not need to be injected directly into the spine, just subcutaneously, and even that will probably not be the preferred mode of administratin as the company is welll allong on an oral version.
