Certainly a strange thing for Zidane to do...must say it was quite a good Liverpool Kiss except that it's supposed to be on the forehead of the kissee....lol
..quite a bizarre ending to a tournament that has left many of us 'might be' soccer converts wondering. Just seems that this game really does throw up too many frustrations.
I know it's marketed as the World Game and that's probably a fitting slogan, but it doesn't exclude the game from criticism and from where I sit, it's just ridiculous to finish a World Cup of the World Game with 5 guys having a kicking competition.....bit like deciding Wimbledon on a serving competition.
Congratulations to Germany on doing a great job of hosting this tournament but there seems to be issues that FIFA needs to address......players taking dives is definitely another issue....and on that score, look who won the tournament.....mmmhhhh.
