I didn't even consider that I might be classified as a foreign ineligble shareholder! Interactive Brokers uses custodians in different countries, (e.g. my Singaporean holidings have previously been held by ABN AMRO Clearing Bank in Singapore), so there's a chance my ZIG Ventures shares aren't in the trust, but are registered to the custodian. I would prefer them in my own name, so will follow up.
I didn't realise it was going so well with ZIG Ventures. I'd like to learn more. I had a quick search online, but couldn't find the website of the Singaporean corporate document repository. Something like we have with ASIC here where public companies have to lodge their audited annual reports. Do you know if there's a Singaporean equivalent?
