re: resignation means new man just about on board. I would say that being a board member of a Domestic Company would be well within the capabilities of a person with a serious illness that is undergoing treatment, especially when the company is in an embrionoc stage such as Bonaparte.
As for taking responsibility for an international company requiring frequent overseas trips, numerous meetings, and the responsibility of a huge market cap and decisions woth many millions at the stroke of a pen or a word, the differences are very obvious to me because I am thinking "outside the square".
Lets just leave it at that from my side, I would be interested to read your response.
