What Zijin will offer in total will depend on 4 factors namely:

1. How many shares are sold as a result of any low ball offer

2. Minorities ability to install independent directors

3. An independent valuation

4. Zijins final offer.


In my opinion what we should get and what we will get will not match. No one really knows the offer(s). So it's just speculation re 20c, or 30c or more. Also whether the price will be in USA dollars or Aussie dollars.
