In particular note this comment from the Phoenix Gold chairman; “If Zijin were successful they would capture value that the board believes rightly belongs to all our shareholders".

You (we) MUST keep in mind the P O W E R we hold here with such a significant combined holding in NKWE Platinum. Why should we let Zijin bluff us out of the value that "...rightly belongs to all our shareholders", as Mr Rogers at Phoenix puts it.

When we have been as long term patient as we have for goodness sake what is another six months.

What Phoenix have and we don't of course is a representative Board; but that issue is not enough to affect the end result if we hang tough.

The small stake that I have remaining in NKP is the predominately the one I took to enter the company in the very first place way back in Sep'03.

Along the way I was fortunate to make a lot of money out of the successful Chinese bid for Midwest Corp's iron ore operations in about '07/'08 and my reason for bringing this up is that THEY will PAY!!!! (if we make them)

So, let's be firm and maintain the rage, resolve, determination to see this thru to our very best advantage.
