Forget about the past. We have moved on. AMED left the scene moons ago after the debt was repaid.

The two players are now Genorah and Zijin. Genorah as the BEE will be granted the Mining Licence which will pass to NKP. Zijin will initially be NKP's major shareholder. Genorah may continue to hold a smaller stake in NKP.

We then move on to the next scenario. If Zijin takes over NKP then the JV will be between Zijin and Genorah. If no takeover then the JV will be between Genorah, NKP and Zijin.

As for funding the development no details are available as yet. However indications are that Zijin will secure funds and Genorah will most likely be free carried.

Stop your research mate. All is in Zijins hands now. We await their next move. You will not find it on Google .
