Zijin - Next Move

You all know Zijin is finalising the share purchase from Genorah and after completion they will hold about 60%.
Since there is a change of control they have to repatriate the assets back to South Africa.
So the next logical step would be to buy out existing shareholders and delist NKWE from the ASX.
What do you guys think is the next move from Zijin?
Make a low ball offer @10 to 12 cent to grab as much cheap shares as possible or will they try to negotiate a deal
with minorities with/witout an independent valuation or just do nothing and try to delay things to make existing shareholders nervous
and coming back after a period with another low ball offer?
