    $AVZZijin has returned the $33.6m back to Cominiere, as per the latest press release. In effect, all pending ICC cases are now obsolete as Zijin are no longer part of Dathcom. When MoU is eventually signed, both Zijin and Cominiere will be left to fight with each other
