So Zijin have tied up the northern section (15775) of Manono with Comminere. No surprise to those following recent developments. Thus AVZ have lost Carrier de L’este. No worries, plenty to go around.

Southern section, Roche Dure (13359) still in play for AVZ despite seemingly under control of Comminere. The announced MOU indicating a pathway to ML is contingent on cessation of international legal action.

Otherwise Zijin needs to first explore 15775 and produce a DFS whilst AVZ ready to go with 13359. Hydro power plant arrangement likely subject of MOU and not yet lost to AVZ.

Not ideal but this mess was always going to be a compromise in the end, irrespective of our good legal standing. That's the price of operating in Africa. Just got to deal with it.
