Zijin now JV with Cominiere. AVZ to have nothing by the looks, page-62

I'm just wondering if CATH is just sitting on the side lines doing nothing when their potential 24% is going down the drain. CATH is potentially going to lose a great JV asset (Manono) to a rival (Zijin). Are they just willing to do nothing to help with the situation? If they are doing things in the background, they might want to start increasing the pressure now. It is one thing for AVZ to possibly lose part or all their tenements, but, that goes as well as CATH's 24%.
