Far from it.#Zijin & Cominiere'splan w/MoM support & in violation of the #RDC Mining Code IMO (Govt. approved or not) is a way out 4 #Cominiere to clear its ~$33m DEBT 4 its ILLEGAL 15% sale of #Dathcom.Zijin statement an admission that their ICC case against $AVZ is lost
