AVZ BOD isn't capable of sorting this out . They should have been able to bring this thing to the table with both Zjin and Cominerre and come to some sort of agreement instead of dragging this through court . Obviously Zjin is a better player in all of this . I just hope there is a TO it's the only hope we have got to getting any of our hard earned dollars back .
