The arguments to have Zijin's votes sterilised, as explained to the minorities group by our representative / leader would seem to be pretty convincing, as they appear to show a clear case of a breach of the ASX's continuous disclosure rules, and possibly worse.

But as to whether the ASX will do the right thing by minorities or let themselves get tied down in legal game-playing by Zijin / Nkwe ... we can only wait and see.
