I like the look of CAGO at 0.2c but my concern is the potential share consolidation.

Recent Company Update states they will need to issues shares at a minimum of 20c.

Assuming CAG does not move much you might be looking at a 40:1 consolidation meaning CAGO would have an excercise price of 32c and I would have paid an equivalent of 8c for the privilage when the shares are worth 20c.

On those prices I would not purchase for any other stock. Leads me to think perhaps the shares are a better buy at this stage.

Of course a few more positive announcements and a corresponding increase in share price may change the dynamics.

Just my thoughts.
