First Cape Town will run out of clean water.
Note that I say clean. They will continue to find water but it will be of a poorer and poorer standard over time.
Then they will start starving once the white farmers are chased out.
Then those farmers will be begged to return, but almost none will.
In the coming years and decades we will see the Chinese have as much if not more trouble than Westerners have had there- the Rhodesians fed the locals and that whole nation with enough left over to export.
My gut feeling is that the Chinese won’t be so helpful to the ordinary African citizen, especially once Emperor Xi confirms his throne by wiping out his opposition & the CCP go back to their old ways of controlling the people at best, harming them at worst.
