It looks very unlikely that Chamisa will overturn the decision. What i am worried about is the trouble maker will incite violence.

You need to realise that chamisa and his party may well be forging and manipulating the evidence they are presenting at court.

By the way I would rather the zim government get the backing and support from china than the US and their goons.
