Hah, what a joke. One failed state instructing another failed state on failed policies and pushing forward their home-grown oligarchs.

I have been expecting something like this for a while. Based on recent action, I thought it would be Belarus, Nigeria or China.

There were just too many corrupt energy oligarchs from second world oil states (Nigeria, North Africa, Eastern Europe, China, Middle East) hanging around the venal, greedy ZANU-PF ruling thugs, urging them to grab some of the newly located oil/gas action in the Zambezi Valley.

I hope IVZ can deflect and avoid the pressure of the circling vultures!
