Forgot to add the other major variable outside of RVR's control is the exchange rate. Baillieu Holst is probably a bit optimistic in the rate (in 2019 and 2020) but its hardly out of the ball park. My view is the AUD will strengthen against the USD - mainly due to weakness in the USD and economy rather than any great economic strength in Australia.
