"Re the settlement, I expect the escrow of the shares to be back-dated to the handover." Theon.
If a hard date on when the "escrow clock" start(ed) ticking has been set I've missed it. If someone has the news link for this please post. I initially thought January, but perhaps it will be/is part of the final crossing "T"s, dotting "I"s handover.
I believe it's in all holders' interests to have the escrow shares tucked away as late as possible, ie. official handover. This is because once: the DFS, drilling results released; financing if needed arranged; construction begins, and; production start-date set, the sp will have had time to appreciate -- Sn too, for that matter.
I anticipate a CR only after drill results, and a positive DFS (Is there any other kind? Ever?). It seems DFS completion rests on, a) extensive drill results/analysis, b) a dog and pony show, and c) metallurgy optimization in Wisconsin and Mt Garnet. (I was under the mistaken assumption that Yunnan were taking the point on this in China?)
True the now very old DFS had outstanding IRR numbers with Sn at U$24K/t, and U$20K/t, but upcoming numbers should show a very robust project especially when highlighting the AUD's fall against the USD.

PS None of the above takes into consideration a t/o of any sort.
