GIR's ZNC in specie distribution (of 40m after the July shareholder meeting) should translate nicely for us as it did with the UTO in specie distribution last year.
You didn't mention applying under the public offer though and the chance we have of getting some of the 5 million under the public offer (additional to our entitlement) before it closed early on the 4th. I did also apply for a few on the public form and am wondering if these are to be allotted on a first in first served basis.
Guess I can call next week - but do you have any information there? The announcement mentioned refunds so suspect I was too late due my own delayed posts (between addresses) and probable high demand from the "sophisticates".
