I believe that one should look at the facts. I believe that Giralia is awarding every eligible shareholder 10,000 shares in Zinc Co. A review of the register shows that Giralia could not offer every shareholder 10,000 shares - there would not be enough in the whole offering (presuming is the same as UTO). In addition, you now have the opportunity to top up your holding. Why should minority holders have a benefit (proportionately) over larger shareholders? (whicjh I am not) Get in or get out - thats my view!
