The UTO float gave GIR shareholders an entitlement proportional to their holdings, with no minimum holding required.
It is my understanding the same will apply for Zinc Co, but with a minimum holding of between 10-20K to qualify. The size of the entitlement will still be proportional to GIR shares held.
