We disagree on a few things but can agree that there will be some short term weakness in zfx and the metals over xmas.

The singapore stockpiles are interesting because they have been increasing but the buying has started again. After zinc has been bought it sits in the warehouse waiting for collection. so if the chinese bought 1000 tonnes there would be no change to the stock piles until it was removed from the warhouse which could be days, weeks or months later.
