Always pay particular attention to any huge escrow holdings by any shareholder in any small cap miner - red flag

Always seek advice of Negative cash flow producers with huge CAPEX and no money and one private holder

Always research the auditors report of all small cap miners to see if they have an opinion that cast serious doubts as to being able to carry on as a going concern
