Some small cap miners that are almost 100% foreign owned will never raise capital for CAPEX
Regardless of settlement or DFS
Settlement of a MoU or DFS will never change a thing as they have no money and only one secretive foreign owner who is awaiting another fire sale
IMO
No one will ever invest capital in a miner owned and controlled by one private individual
Always research foreign owned ASX miners
