Managment are to blame how long did take for the paperwork to be translated months and months and months that is just one of many delay issues which has put this co behind
All valuable time especially when the company is not swimming in money. Could of then sacked all the hanger ons saved money all round and no CR needed. ML would of being in the bag a long time ago.
It is queit obvious to me you haven't worked in the sort of industry or if you have you wouldn't have being all tjhat great at it...no offence.
