Scavenger circuit upgrade must be going well....This company only announces good news, so no announcement probably means is not performing well.

In the absence of any new debt another capital raise is inevitable. This might come in the form of a non-renounceable rights issue. The only problem with that approach is as they control so much of the register, it would require them to tip in again and these guys dont like paying for their shares. I just think the tap is turned off for another insto capital raise. RBC didnt start coverage for no reason at all.
