'There is no traction in the SP for whatever reason.'
With no licence and no other discernible activities likely until we have a licence it's no surprise we have stagnated. Nothing to do with Zinc price imho. Limbo time. Licence will push it on and enable the Chinese to get going. Then progress will push the price on.
