A takeover wont hurt at the right price. Who will win this game of fish!!
Nyrstar have a 19.9% interest and a 20% interest is required to trigger a takeover. The 10% interest from Glencore says muscle up mother(lovers). I'd say takeover is highly plausible but not at this price. Having two major players jockeying means the die has been cast. Welcome aboard China Nonferrous on the capital front. How many shares do you want. Lets get a good price for this world class asset.
