China busy, US busy, India busy, Africa will prosper in the coming 10 years partly due to gaining access to electricity via renewable energy that will become progressively cheaper and will be driven by Chinese Investment and know how into Africa, more Zinc (amongst many other minerals and resources) will be needed. Zinc highly likely to continue it's steady climb...stockpiles will not last forever...
Mining Licence was the last major hurdle (IMO) everything else will come, the resource is to good and will not be ignored by the majors, the only question for me is 'which one' will it be, and @ how much?
