I'd run with a middle position financing post March since an updated BFS is required. Some earthworks done pre this winter given they have raised critical funds recently. I think they want to order any long lead (like the grinding mill and the DMS drum) items for construction before winter as well. Whether the board can do that in this case I'm not sure but I've seen it done a lot before.
