as aim stated that re-start would coinside with timing of Zn recovery. AIM expected that 2010 would be likely for Zn recovery based on data, well maybe would could see that start-up late next year if all becomes reality? I still maintain a L/T view here and i hope mgnt can pull it all together over the next year.

Zinc will recover in 2010, when lower output after a price slump leads to a shortage, according to Standard Bank.
