Slightly off topic, I posted incorrectly earlier that BLR was being diluted 67%. Rather, shares are offered on a 2 to 1 basis for a 67% discount, total dilution about 15%. Seems like the HC holders there are still enthusiastic but the market not so much with big drop in SP.
With regards to OVR, the massive blow out in the Capex will probably mean that zinc price has to be at least $1.50-2.00/lb for it to be viable. The NPV working with a capex of 90 million was only about 200 mill from memory.
