This is my best case scenario:
2014: Mining license & EPC contract
2015: Construction
2016: Delay, problems & hiccup allowance *
2017: Mining
See chart 2017 there are 2 major points to notice:
1) 2017 is a real prime time to mine
2) Deficit assumption in 2014... in fact it started in 2013 !!!! we are 1 year ahead of deficit forecast.
