Obviously the Chinese expect boring old lead to be demand for sometime yet. It is reasonable to conclude that both Zinc and Lead are somewhat bottomed. Here is hoping the next move for PEM is up; One could speculate that post CBH merge if the price of the combined entity remains depressed that it wont be long before a suitor runs the ruler over the combined PEM.
